Booking and confirmation

A course is confirmed once we have acknowledged your booking in writing. Joining instructions, PPE requirements and any pre-course material are issued with that confirmation.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms, notice periods and any charges are set out in your booking confirmation.

Assessment

Where a course leads to an independent assessment, the assessment is carried out under the rules of the relevant awarding organisation. Certification is issued by that organisation, not by ScJ Training Ltd.

Health, fitness and PPE

Several courses require a minimum level of physical fitness and the correct personal protective equipment. Requirements for your course will be confirmed before the day.
